Born in Scotland, Mandy moved with her husband Stephen to California in 2015 to pursue a master’s degree at Talbot School of Theology. She enjoyed teaching as an adjunct in the Biblical Studies department before joining the Board in August 2023. Mandy serves as chairs of the Student Development Committee, as a member of the Committee on the President, a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board Nominating and Governance Committee. Mandy works as a pastor at Harbor Point Church in San Juan Capistrano. She also sits on the board of Broadshade Group, a family company which invests in commercial property and land development. She has three adult children, one of whom is a Biola grad. She lives in Dana Point, California.
