Have questions? Need help navigating your next steps? Incoming Student Help Desks are weekly virtual sessions designed to give new students and families direct access to Biola counselors and staff throughout the summer. Each session provides an open and supportive space to ask questions, receive guidance and get help completing important enrollment and transition tasks before the semester begins.
From enrollment steps and financial aid questions to housing, class preparation, and move-in readiness, these help desks are designed to meet students where they are and provide timely support throughout the summer. Whether you have one quick question or need help walking through multiple next steps, our team is here to help you feel confident, prepared and connected as you get ready to start your Biola journey.
