This spring, Torrey Honors College professor Dr. Jane E. Kim launched a public humanities project called The Youtube lecture series features professors from various fields discussing how K-Dramas can help engage questions relevant to different disciplines, to our society and to our lives.
All are invited to attend the culmination of this lecture series at the in-person Q&A panel and Korean literature exhibit. The event will feature a panel discussion with Dr. Jane E. Kim, Dr. Christi Park Min, Dr. Christina L. Kim, Dr. Maria Su Wang, Dr. Laurie Wilson, Dr. Christie George, and Dr. Daniel E. Kim. There will also be an interactive exhibit on Korean literature organized by the Torrey students in Kim’s Korean Literature class this semester. The event will be held on April 20, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Andrews Banquet Room on Biola’s campus.
